We currently offer private lessons for the following:
- Weight training! Building muscle mass, muscle toning.
- Aerobic physical conditioning. Beginner to Advance:
- Punching, kicking, elbow strike, knee strikes, palm strikes.
- Abdominals and lower body with dumbbells
- Cardio/lower body workout through walking, dancing and various combinations of footwork patterns used in Filipino martial arts.
- Women’s self Defense
- Self defense for men and women coed.
